Our host for the night
Keith Demicoli is a multi-award winning presenter and reporter who throughout his professional achievements established himself as one of Malta’s finest and favourite broadcasters. He manages to present with so much ease and a natural charm borne out of his happy demeanour. Graduated in IT and later in European economy and law from the University of Malta but has always worked as a news broadcaster. He trained at BBC Academy, London and during the past few years he became Malta’s National TV (TVM) lead news anchor. Keith hosted some of Malta’s most important events including the momentous ceremony marking the end of the EU roaming charges in 2017 and the opening ceremony of Valletta as the European Capital of Culture in 2018. He leads a very active lifestyle and if he’s not in front of the camera or on stage, you might seem him running or playing football with the charity-aimed, ‘Team MT’. He’s an amateur long distance runner and last March he successfully completed his sixth half marathon in Italy. Keith is an active voluntary ‘reading ambassador’, a school based literacy programme aimed to promote the love for reading amongst children.
